Reservation Process

We operate by reservation only

Check the Calendar

The planning calendar is announced. You can view available days and times to plan ahead.

Fill Out the Form

On the announced date and time, a form opens for reservation requests. Fill it out completely.

First Come, First Served

ZMASH processes all requests in order of submission.

Confirmation or Decline

If confirmed, you will be notified. If not confirmed, no message is sent.

Cancellation Deposit Payment

After confirmation, the deposit amount and payment link are sent. Payment must be made within 1 hour. Otherwise, the reservation is cancelled and passed to the next request.

Deposit Amount

A cancellation deposit applies. Details and amounts are shared during the reservation process.

Reservation Day

On the day and time — no earlier, no later, no fewer, no more — the reservation holder must arrive with all guests.

FULL = Reserved · 6-10 = Available (guests) · CLOSED = No service

Important Information

Minimum Group Size

A minimum of 6 guests is required for a restaurant reservation.

Cancellation Deposit

First-time guests pay a deposit of 50% of the tasting menu price. The deposit is deducted from the bill if fulfilled. Non-refundable upon cancellation. Returning guests who previously paid are not charged again. Details shared during the process.

Privacy Notice (KVKK)

ZMASH processes personal data (name, phone, email, group size) solely for reservation services per Turkish Law No. 6698. Data is not shared with third parties or used for marketing. For data rights inquiries, contact [loading...].

Reservation Only

ZMASH does not accept walk-ins. All visits are by prior reservation only.
